This is very nice to hear of course but doesn't mean much. Lindsay has always been overly optimistic, and it seems he did upset a few major (and countless small) SHs over timelines several times in the past. NI is one.
It's high time we received another update on timeline. Is 2025 season going to be met, or not? 31 July has passed by 4 weeks, and we now need to know the "new deadline" for construction. Even if we go straight to stage 2, there must still be a deadline before which construction must absolutely start?
It's so great to have a 8c premium, otherwise I would feel more and more uneasy as time passes by.
