Short on time to post so won't go into detail but I believe as @kevin103 has stated, our plant appears to be an Alkali treatment system, not Chloride, This bodes well for us in the respect that historic American process plants have all been from what I have read to be configured this way.
China is not only enforcing restriction on the metal products and their derivatives but processing infrastructure and technology.
Opens the door for support from the US for processing technology as it is a system they already know and used for many years.
The mind boggles.
