You have a strange way of looking are things. However I respect that.i was in Parnters group and I was pleased in see the delisting as I bought them in the hope they would delist.
I cannot see listed reits returning to prices exceeding NTA in the foreseeable future. Delisting could be considered if there continues to be a substantial discount to NTA when rates fall,however I am sure the NTA gap will narrow as rates fall. It already has by 7%
