How very vague this report is...

Not one thing has been defined, apart from possible resources.

4 Steps - undefined.
Unlocking value - undefined.
Board strengthening - undefined.

I could go on, but its boring to have nothing good to say about a deliberately vague report like this.

"going forward"...what exactly does this mean apart from intention?
Moving forward has not occurred obviously and as the announcements continue to state, there is risk in any of the new intentions actually transforming into anything fruitful.

This company gets the 2010 Encouragement Award for:

Note: This is only an encouragement award, so they haven't even been theoretically prospective about their intention to achieve, they just propose to be, hence the term 'going forward, as opposed to 'moving forward'.



Seriously,
IMO, abruptly sacking every single member of the Board and Directorship that has had any link to the company over the last 5 years would be the best thing this company could do for itself. It would do wonders for the share price, which i think would triple or quadruple in an instant if the sackings were to take place. The next step of replacing them would then be encouraging enough for the value to have an ability to grow on the back of operational activities commencing, void of any results.
The rulers of the company are its thorn and to remove them would give shareholder value an enormous boost - mark my words.
