I would bet SI is some what relieved that this matter is no longer a concern to him or the company.
He has been held down by the balls with a knife firmly projected to the heart of the company.
His balls remain sore, the pain will pass. In the battle we lost a finger nail, it will grow back.
I am no legal expert, can someone tell me when would the court look at the evidence and determine if a case against the company is worthy or not?
