The remarks & opinions made by the 2-3 fear mongers in these forums on the drilling &/or aquifer impacts are sad.. Uneducated babies shaking rattles for attention.
AZL don’t get to drill anywhere they please to whatever depth they deem fit, they make applications for them - in Australia this is through a 26D. In Australia, drillers required to drill through multiple aquifers must hold a current ADIA class 2 or 3 license - in the states they’ve got the NGWA.
I highly encourage the fear mongers to research drilling & water aquifers before making additional embarrassing statements in the forums. AZL appear to be doing everything necessary to leave a green footprint in their pathway to successful mining operations.
