I think buyers have a really weak buy in here despite the good news. No one is willing to bump the price higher and take the risk based on wording alone. Investors aren't willing to buy on a 90 degree up trend with risk of it slumping. Theres still alot of risk to anyone that buys in for this price if the logs turn out to be not as good as we think. Sounds like people are also concerned of the SP slumping due to exits around Friday.
