this may well prove to be a 'commercial -off - the - shelf' module specifically aimed at DBHs' customers now....which would back up in negotiations talk we have all heard from CH
funnily enough it is exactly what DP stated they would do to grab market...'soft touch off the shelf' was DPs' tern of phrase as I recall it
seems to be the case as I read it - happy to be corrected as always
