Your Post #:75404775 has no questions .... nonetheless I did disagree with your intentions initially back in the day but really couldn't care less what you chose to do due to your Mesoblast losses - that's on your conscience but trying to blame other posters like @ecoool2 ( Eg. Post #:75333660 ) doesn't sit well with many on here - just sayin'
Bottom line - the Class Action is now over subject to court approval and looking at the scenarios you posted from the lawyers PDS it appears as I said all along, the lawyers / funder are the only real winners and the complainants will be left with peanuts ?
