RA from what I can determine there are 3 milestone dates for the company.
30 September 2024 ( on or about this date) - Shareholders vote on the expiry of current options
14 October 2024 - Government to lodge their submission in relation to Advent court action
28 October 2024 - Advent to lodge their submission in relation to court action
Other than that any day between now and14 October is what I am hoping is the day the Government stop wasting tax payer money on this thing and concede by having JA make a decision.
Sure if I've missed anything my learned colleagues will help out with more detail.
