FY26 npat $60m is now far to easy to achieve. He could achieve that by delegating all his workload and cruising to victory. Doing a Bradbury if you like.

I believe this presents a risk to shareholders. There is now effectively no incentivization of the executive team.

The four board members own the vast majority of shares amongst them. The risk here is that they will become content with their collective material wealth and the effective perpertuality of that wealth via dividend income as payout ratios are allowed to float higher as the growth profile matures.

The company has the potential to expand into many industries. Think the services sector.

Hopefully, ambition can keep pace with the companies potential.

I’m not really sure I understand this concern. The CEO has been so successful that he’s hit his targets out of the park. He holds a lot of shares, and has more coming to him. Won’t him holding these shares be an incentive in itself to keep performing?
