The point of my post, which you cannot allow yourself to grasp, is that despite directors talking about the demerger as a plan to relist the company, in reality no listing had to occur and there would be little recourse if it did not. Nearly three years on there is no listing. Yet, there are people like yourself defending such a thing.
Just read that AFR headline and summary. Can you allow yourself to think why maybe the company first tried to issue a demerger prospectus without those disclaimers? Surely you possess enough critical thinking abilities....
