People seem to miss this point - since the merger you would have had 2 work forces and multiple sites branded differently.
SLR clothed and RED clothed. Everyone needs a new uniform anyway.
The company needs a new image - a necessary cost - moral and team ownership is an interesting and often forgotten part of running a business.
The company is no longer SLR and no longer RED5.
All companies go through a similar process ever time there is a takeover.
Mergers, takeovers, Change costs money.
Next move will be share consolidation.
