Anyway, the oppies aren't tradable. Therefore any calculation like selling the heads for less and sticking with the oppies won't work. It would have worked selling the oppies for 1c and heads for 3.1 / 3.2c but unless they are allowed to sell those off market, which I doubt, it won't.
Maybe it was just one UBS client forced to sell for some reason.
