5% of issued capital around ?3.5m would be notifiable which would allow a ?350m fund to take a 1% position whilst remaining under the radar. Not sure if 3% AIM rule would take precedence.

I suspect there are a few specialist funds in this already and that as the price climbs towards 10p some of the more general funds may buy in. The hard work has been done by PL spreading the story to UK instos and I dare say the specialist funds will have bigger brothers in house.
