The large trades are going through as CX (aka Centre Point). A broker can sit a large order in Centre Point (e.g. 0.0805) and it isn't shown to the market. Is what you do when you want to sell a large position without stacking the ask side.
Regarding the CR, if they burn $1m per month then they would be able to wait until after P2 for a CR (with $11.8m in bank). Would be silly to do now - unless they had no faith in the trial result.
