He normally checks with lawyers or a brains trust before he gives info as important as the brand of coffee used in the office.
When I invested heavily in Identitii, I was most excited about the patent and the potential value that it presented. We also had the Austrac reporting technology, and a large ownership of Payble.
For me, it's all about the patent here. That is clearly the biggest opportunity for the majority who are sitting on a large paper loss.
I am actually surprised that there hasn't been bigger interest given the potential for a settlement from JP MORGAN. Maybe it's because of the giant we are up against, that many think we don't have a chance.
I am still hopeful that we can see a return to 4 or 5c with a positive announcement regarding our patent. Hopefully the judge in Delaware takes note of this ruling from the Patent Office. I'm not subscribed but I assume in the new submission, that this latest ruling has been submitted to the Delaware judge by the Identitii lawyer.
