I see your point btw. I get a general consensus from posts on HC that investors want to see returns on their investments. None of the agenda items are returns or direction oriented.
I think there's a feeling that the MD has shafted investors with the recent handling of the shares, the size of the board, no dividends and the high level of hedging and renumeration.
I'm trying to summarize what I'm reading, hopefully I've got it close, please correct me if I missed.
