But due to AGN being developed during the time the other peptides were being tested which AGN had an advantage on efficacy in preclinical setting because of its increased arginine content, they didn’t expect the previous peptides which showed so much promise pre clinically to have no efficacy at all in the human brain due to their peptide nature
