The 6 minute mark about owning the underlying land if you want mining approval is pretty big deal.
Snuck in by a week for a million shekkels, cost of that now is much higher.
That along with the abolishment of Capital Controls and friendlier tax rates for investment are sure to bring some suitors forwards as companies view it as a more friendly jurisdiction.
No wonder BlackRock is sitting there and adding to their initial parcels.
