Because the Ag-C bearing Solid-State battery by Samsung contains the same NMC cathode as current Li-ion batteries. They only susbtitute the typical Li-metal anode in most solid-state batteries under development by an Ag-C composite.
Here you have the scientific publication from 2020 that reveals the architecture of those Ag-C SSBs.
