Thanks guys. I want a method to trade it BEFORE the next pop. Big picture economics is telling my gut it may no be far away but the nature of the vix makes getting a position on a mid term trade fairly low risk imho. Let it drift lower and accumulated a few contracts and then sit on them lying in wait for the next debt bubble pop or similar. That's about as close as I get to a buy and hold strategy in anything ;)
