I expect the speed of enrolment to shock many.
5,000 new ALS patients in the USA each year.
Healey closed regime’s F & G in April/ May this year, there are currently no active trials on the platform.
MPL, Regime H, sometime in late 2024 … that’s a lot of pent up demand, diagnosed with nowhere to turn, and standard of care not offering much hope.
With Healey and the the ALS community so well organised, it’s hard to imagine we will need to advertise/promote MPL to attract participants.
Fully enrolled by May 2025 ?
24 week readout in Nov/early Dec 2025.
Could make for a very nice early Xmas present next year.
