one quick question to you..why does the market place a higher per acre valuation on the farmed in acres compared to the owned acres?
I have traded in and out of AUT and watched it continue to rise but am puzzeled as to how its farmed in acres have a value of circa $40,000 acre yet AZZ just sold its acres for circa $8,500/acre
If that holds true for the Petrohawk assignment than we can expect the market to rerate AZZ
Could well be that the less AZZ actually do the drilling the better the sp will be?
