Re. the shortfall. What concerns me is that a single mine is 1/3 of that capacity. I'd hazard a guess that there are other advanced discoveries that will be able to come online rather quickly if grants start flying around. There will be no shortage of snouts looking to get into the government funded trough.
Can Nova go from zero resource to mining quickly enough to take advantage of this market, we will have to see.
