QAN states:
Qantas’ on-time performance was particularly strong in the fourth quarter nearing long term averages with 80 per centof flights departing on time, while 74 per cent of Jetstar flights departed on time.

But to passengers, its arrival time that matters. Domestically, QAN, its subsidiary Jetstar and competitor Virgin Australia often have 30 per cent or more of flights on short routes such as SYD-MEL-SYD arriving more than 15 minutes late at the airport gate. Very poor, with Jetstar trying to further fudge figures by adding an additional five minutes to its timetable.
Still no dividend for long suffering SH.
