I just don't see any drill or flow test happening this year as even if he does magically pulls off end of September.
To get a JV finalised to actually stumping up the cash, flow test contract signed, service contracts resigned and then to get flow test team, rig staff notice of operation to commence etc will also take one to 2 months notice doesn't seem feasible that it will get done by end of this year
