well the money will be used to advance Marqua...I got that much right...but my point yesterday was I was wondering if RXL HAD to have the $$$$ behind them before the NT gov't would grant the lease. I'm a bit hazy on the history of the previous lease holder but my understanding is that last time the project went up in a puff of smoke thanks to the GFC.....I guess it would be in the NT gov't's best interests for the lease to be advancing towards an asset and then production.
