There are ways of using the 50% utilisation positively in promotion e.g. "we currently have the plant running at 50% of capacity with ramp up to 85% at the end of the year but we are already turning a profit at 50% utilisation so now is a good time to enter while the share price is still very low compared to the real value of the company"
