Yes, i suppose ultimately Soco would have known Vmoto group will be benefiting a great deal by the ceasing of all litigations and obtain all Socos patents, molds, trademarks, designs, licenses etc, and the ability to trade in China. That gave Soco some leverage no doubt.
Truly I'm happy it's all behind us. Now Vmoto can move forward with a global image and streamline efficiencies into all corners of the globe. Definitely worth paying to rid of this thorn in our side.
