Just because the offer from PLS is the only offer in this market does not mean it is "the best" or, better yet, that we have to accept.
Sure some individuals or parties may have emotions regarding the offer (not saying seaosh does or does not; they can speak for themselves), but if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck.... it is a duck (the duck being the PLS offer, which is trash at 0.07).
Let's be honest, PLS's valuation of LRS's assets is embarrassing.
