PB Firstly there is no longer any dispute with ZAG (Appeal done and dusted) Secondly I don't understand your concern re K2 m52/183 tenement where ZAG have a 'massive' beneficial interest of only 4.1%. IMO this not worth commenting on (let alone being worried about) especially when ZAG must also pony up 4.1% of the capital and operating costs to earn their 4.1% in K2. I would rather focus on 95.9% CYL will be earning from m52/183!
