The best time, for a potential business partner to make a deal is prior to regulatory approval if they are wishing to maximise gains once approval has been announced, otherwise they will pay a heap more post regulatory approval. The key things that they will need to validate for an early deal is 1) Is it safe, and 2) Does it work.
In regard to MSB, I am of the opinion that they have data that supports both safety and efficacy, based on that it would not surprise me if some sort of BD is struck in the near future.
If that were to come to pass, then it would be a very good boost for MSB financially and also would most probably ignite the share price ahead of the positive regulatory decision we await?
