As we see time and time again - the market is full of clowns that are all fearful and greedy all at the same (precisely wrong) time.
NIC has made a nice profit *and* raised its dividends in a year when their competitors are struggling to keep the lights on. It looks like a lot of people investing on ASX do not read the annual reports of the companies they own.
