In my vocabulary 'amazing' is a positive expression of wonder and/or appreciation. Unless, of course, you use it with a sarcastic undertone. So I wouldn't come up with the term 'amazing', but rather the word 'incredible' in view of recent developments.

We are forced to carry out a capital increase close to the 7-year low, we bring loyalty options into play to stimulate demand, and then we come up with the idea that we should increase the offer size significantly because of strong shareholder support. This step makes particular sense if management still sees a good chance that Talga will not get the green light from the authorities to press ahead with the project in the coming months.
