Yes, the coal layer in zone 6 flowed unaided because it was a dedicated flow test on that one layer. However, the flow scenario is a lot different now because the coals have to compete against the more prolific Lorelle and Kianga formations.
The coals are thought to contain natural fractures which would make its effective permeability greater than 0.5-1.0 micro Darcy. ....however it is often the case that natural fracture intensity is variable from one well location to another (my opinion).
