You make some fair points. I have been with NXT for over 10 years and every year people do bring up these topics. The best way to get a hold on it imo is to look at their 1st and 2nd gen dc’s as a case study. You can see them in the annual reports. At 100% capacity they are generating some very good returns. I’m pretty sure management have a grasp on all these facets of the business more than us. Happy to still be long on NXT.
