Well if hypothetically speaking IGO want a takeover instead of a JV of the refinery I'll sell my shares for $10 apiece. We'll get the finance so don't need another cornerstone investor, in fact Ecopro haven't sold their shares yet and with feed from Panoramic they would very likely be interested in supplying the EU market via Vietnam in my opinion. So I wonder if the Administrators handling the DOCA on behalf of Panoramic Resources shareholders have sought the best offer they could find. Are they legally obliged to do so?
