I don't know how you can say it doesn't warrant it. $4b in NET DEBT on a market cap of ~ $8b.
PLS doesn't have $1b you seem to be unable to understand what a credit facility is? $500m of $9b market cap is 5% dilution doofus.
We did the same thing picking up AJM for dirt cheap.
