Firstly, you need to obtain the full contains of file from the Department of Water Resources, not the late record, ref: B(16-13)25 cac, Registration No: 55-509509.

The records you are relying on, are only the secondary drilling information of the same well, 3 months later due poor pump capacity found in the initial well. The casing from the first drill event was removed to 280 ft and then redrilled to remove the cement around the 6-inch PVC casing. At this point the drilling was extended to 340 ft to hopefully find more water. Unfortunately, the test capacity of new well only increase slightly to 34 GPM from 25 GPM. The material recorded in the well log reflects what you would expect to find when you redrill the same hole that already contains 200 ft of cement sealant.

The 80 ft level of water in this well is the head level not the initial location where the water is found. Completely two different types of measurement.
