I personally believe its all about Kursk and the danger of damage to the NPP. Whilst that is hanging over the sector I think buyers will stay away and uncommitted.
The fall and massive shorting happened around the Kursk invasion, the timing is no coincidence for the uranium sector and the news that was circulating at the time.
Portable thick cement fallout shelters were put in populated areas near the NPP.
