I'd much prefer BGA to remain locally listed so SH could gradually benefit from its expansion. Otherwise, retail and institutional investors alike have to find other stocks to pop one's hard-earned into.
In time, BGA might bid for other dairying companies' assets, given that (see above) two competitors have experienced difficulties in Australia.
