Hi lies, I think the underlying factor still remains, this is NOT a case of fitting the bill, this is to certify that all the correct measures were followed in accordance with the law regarding the permit approval. This is regardless of whatever the CRMA dictates in Dec.
Therefore, IMO, they will not even regard the CRMA as a conflicting argument, or contradictory result.....
