The IO market has changed a lot in the last 6 weeks. They are keeping their powder dry to pick up distressed assets. I have been in FEX since they first started production abs their position from day 1 was to buy assets at the right price, in boom times they’d pay out dividends. If you want a regular dividend you’re at the wrong end of the market (and in the wrong sector TBH), go buy CBA and Westpac and get your regular dividend.
