I read that earlier and note that it says "The mine has been bought by the newly formed Broken Hill Mine Limited company".

Be interesting to see the transaction structure but I would expect it to run similarly to POL's acquisition given it's from the same ultimate vendor (early 2023).

That structure being a special purpose entity set up to initiate the transaction and get things moving, with the listed entity sealing the deal with an acquisition of the special purpose entity.
