you just put up a chart that shows what companies that are looking for resources have to go through. LRV has a mine, has a proven resource so your picture is not applicable to the company. Yes they have to restart the mine, but they are so far ahead of companies doing jorc still. LRV is my new pdn, from 20 yrs ago. was 1.7c, went to 10.00 in 3.5 yrs. be patient people.
