Good points. The NTA plus CSM seems foreign to some amateur punters. AASB17 changes were well communicated by the company, however, some are still in the former AASB23 mind frame. Maybe getting upset with “don’t like, sell” comments would be better served with educating themselves, rather than embarrassing with their lack of understanding.
