This behavior is a disgrace, to leave it well over a day to inform the market of industrial action at Smokey Hills is inexcusable.
Sunday 10pm South Africa is 7 am Monday NSW or 4am WA.
They should have been in Trading halt before the markets opened this morning.
To put out the other positive announcement first destroys credibility and one must question the directors actions.
I will be putting in a complaint to ASIC anyone else that is unhappy how this was handled should do the same.
