So, let's work with US$44M. Finance will cover 50% to 60% of the funds required. Let's work with 50% to be conservative, so that leaves only US$22M left. MQ wants to minimize share holder dilution after all he has 40M shares himself and was talking about a bridging loan.
With an AISC under US$1000 with gold at US$2500 this is a no brainer
I wouldn't be surprised if WWI get the whole US$54M financed.
