Jupiter reported today. Manganese prices have slumped in the last month, due to lack of domestic demand for Chinese steel. This had led to Chinese steel exports, and anti-dumping responses from some countries.
It seems that Chinese steel demand is going to be under pressure for some years to come - and Manganese will suffer from low prices and probable oversupply.
The sale price would want to be discounted IMO.
